Thorough product trials are used to ensure that our products fit correctly and wash and wear as they are supposed to; fine tuning the each and every specification along the way. We want only the best for our customers.

Are you Tall Fitting? Product testing for our taller customers is if anything even more critical; sleeve length, back length and leg lengths are particularly significant in this area. We have the same concern as you for these things. You can rest assured that we take care of everything.

All of our ranges are designed for real men (not boys); we use only the best cloths to make sure that you look and feel great all of the time.

The Tale of the Tape

Measuring tips:

• Find your favourite shirt and measure the chest directly under the arms; next take the tape to the back length from under the collar to the hem. Remember to take 6" off the chest measurement to find your fit in the table below.* This is the best way to get the perfect fit for you.
• We all have a favourite jean; take any measurements from your pair. Note: When worn in, they may no longer be what they say they are on the label! (Jeans stretch with you.)
• Suits/Blazers: Please phone us for advice on these garments; it’s good to talk!
• When measuring your body try to get someone else to measure you, it’s easier and more accurate that way. (And a bit of fun!)

Conversion Tables

King Sizes

The following standardised Inside Leg measurement descriptors are used throughout this site for all King Sized garments:

X-Short = 27" (68.5cm); Short = 29" (73.5cm) (30"/76cm in jeans); Reg(ular) = 31" (78.5cm) (32"/81.5cm in jeans); Long = 33" (84cm) (34"/86.5cm in jeans).

Extra Tall

As a rule, the standardised Inside Leg measurement for Extra Tall ("XT") garments throughout this site is 38 inches. Where a garment comes in an 36" Inside Leg this will be specified as such in the product's title and/or description box.

Footwear

* Please note that all chest sizes in the tables given here are a 'to fit' guide that measures your body size, i.e. a 3XL shirt will fit a 50/52 chest but the flat measurement of the garment will be 58” approx. All of our products are designed to fit comfortably with such clearance and allow for the all-important sit down test! This way nothing should pull or gape.
