Pre-pay Online for Fast In-Store Collection

Do you live local to us and need your goods fast? Now you can get that... Don't want to miss out on grabbing that last item in stock before you can get into our store? Now you no longer have to risk that... Just pay for your goods online and then collect them immediately you arrive at our store - at a time of your choice - even on the same day! (This can be particularly handy if your intended purchases include items from our footwear departments and our main store. Now all can be done in one swift transaction without the need to switch between stores when you arrive.)

Non-Invasive Customer Accounts

Unlike some of our competitors we do not attempt to enroll you in potentially interest-accruing credit accounts. We do not run credit checks on our customers.

In addition, registered users can now access several innovative features when logged-in:

Do you have parcels sent to more than one address on a regular basis? You can now save multiple delivery addresses against your account for easy recall when purchasing. Adding, Deleting and Editing of stored addresses is done via the "Address Book" tab.

Need to put a little to one side for that special purchase at a later date? Add Store Credit to your account for future purchases at any time with our simple but convenient account feature. Once logged-in, just enter the amount you wish to save with us. Payments can be made with credit/debit card or via Gift Voucher serial number. (We also accept payments into an account by cash at our store in Birmingham.) A cumulative total will be stored securely for you to redeem online whenever you wish.

Tired of waiting for your refund to be processed by your bank/credit card company? Use your temporary Store Credit, added to your account the moment we open your return parcel, instead! Our Returns page explains all the details on this.

Do you buy the same items regularly? Need to recall what size/item you previously purchased? You can now view your complete online Order History (click on "My Orders") with us right here. So if you wish to place a repeat order, re-order an individual item or simply have a query on an old order, all is now resolved in one place with a couple of clicks!
